Payment & Cancellation Policy
At Beau Monde Healthcare, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent experience to all our patients, especially when it comes to payments and cancellations.
Payment & Booking:
Once you book a surgery with us, your payment confirms your appointment and reserves your slot for the procedure.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- You may cancel your scheduled surgery any time before the procedure date.
- In such cases, your payment will be fully refunded, and the amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days.

Failed Transactions:
If a payment fails during the transaction:
- The amount will be automatically refunded to the same payment method.
- Refunds in such cases are processed within 7–15 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- Beau Monde Healthcare does not withhold any amount from failed transactions.
Important Note:
Payments made after the procedure has been completed are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. We are committed to maintaining high standards of care and service delivery in line with what is promised during your consultation.
